If the ankle is damaged by trauma, e.g. is injured when the foot kicks, falls or similar accidents. Thus, the ankle sprain is one of the most common sports injuries. In addition to pain, swelling and injury of the capsule and ligaments, it can cause cartilage and bone injuries.
  • Tendonitis "Tendinitis"
  • Arthrosis
Joint pain caused by arthrosis on the ankle are rather rare. However, early osteoarthritis can be very painful and stressful, usually as a result of previous accidents but also as a result of rheumatic disease.
  • Achilles tendonitis
  • Fractures
  • Cartilage damage
The cartilage of the ankle is prone to injury, which can usually occur as a result of sprain, bone fracture or other traumatic injury. This can lead to early osteoarthritis of the joint.
  • Gout
Foot pain is very common and can be the result of several underlying problems.

Treating foot pain, regardless of the cause, often starts with more accommodating shoes. Shoe pads are often helpful.

For example, the possible causes of foot pain can be listed as follows:

  •     Foot deformations such as countersinking, buckling and spreading feet
  •     Plantar fasciitis
  •     Achilles tendonitis
  •     tarsal tunnel syndrome
